Getting started

Create your Blumi account

A 60-second walk-through of signing up and choosing your role.

Welcome to Blumi. Creating an account takes about a minute.

Step 1 — Pick your sign-in method

Head to the sign-in page and choose Email or Continue with Google. Either option is fine; you can link the other later from your profile.

Step 2 — Confirm your email

If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a verification link. (If it hasn't arrived after a minute or two, check spam or request a new one.)

Step 3 — Choose your role

  • Participant — you are the person being supported.
  • Family member or carer — you support someone who uses Blumi.
  • Practitioner or support worker — you're a professional supporting one or more participants.
  • Administrator — you manage an organisation that uses Blumi.

You can change your role later if you switch hats.

Step 4 — Join or create an organisation

If your team gave you an invite link, click it and you'll land in their workspace. If you're setting things up from scratch, create a new organisation and invite your team from Settings → Team.

That's it — you're in.
