Effective 1 January 2025. Questions? Email hello@blumi.app.
Blumi is built for people who experience the world differently. We design with sensory load, predictability and clarity in mind, and we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We are committed to providing an accessible service consistent with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
What we do
- Calm, low-contrast colour palette with a clearly distinct primary colour.
- Predictable layouts and consistent navigation.
- Plain-language copy across the app.
- Keyboard-navigable forms and controls.
- Resizable text using your browser's standard zoom.
- Sensory-friendly defaults — no autoplay, no flashing content.
What we're working on
- A formal third-party accessibility audit.
- Improved screen-reader landmarks across complex screens.
- A built-in high-contrast theme.
