Doing a daily mood check-in
A two-tap routine that builds a gentle picture over time.
Mood check-ins live on the participant home screen. They're optional and never punitive.
How to log a check-in
- Open Home.
- Tap the face that matches how you feel right now.
- Optionally add an emoji or short note.
That's it. Most check-ins take less than ten seconds.
What happens to the data
- Only people with access to that participant can see their check-ins.
- Over time we plot a soft trend line so you can spot patterns (e.g. low energy on Mondays).
- We never grade or rank check-ins.
Tips for habit
- Pair the check-in with something you already do (after brushing teeth, before screen time).
- Skip days are fine — Blumi won't nag.
