Deleting your account or organisation

You can delete your account at any time.

Delete your personal account

Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm by email. Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Delete a participant's record

Org admins can delete a participant from Participant → Settings → Delete record. You'll be asked whether to keep an anonymised record for clinical audit purposes.

Delete an entire organisation

Open Settings → Organisation → Delete. The org owner must confirm. This deletes every participant, team member and piece of data tied to the org.

Legal exceptions

We may retain limited information where Australian law requires it — for example invoicing records for tax purposes — but only the minimum strictly required.
