Exporting your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time.

Export your own account

Settings → Privacy → Download my data. Within a few minutes you'll receive a download link by email. The export includes:

• Profile and account details.
• Your check-ins, journal entries and messages.
• Files you've uploaded.

Export a participant's record

Org admins and the participant's primary practitioner can do this from Participant → Settings → Export full record. Choose JSON (machine-readable) or PDF (human-readable).

Cooling-off

Exports are scanned for accidental cross-participant data leakage before they're sent.
