Invite a participant to your workspace

How to send an enrolment link to a participant and what they'll see.

You can invite a participant in two ways: a personal email invite, or a shareable enrolment link.

Email invite

  1. Open Participants in the side nav.
  2. Click Add participant.
  3. Enter their name and email and choose the team members who should have access.
  4. Click Send invite. They'll get an email with a one-click sign-in.

Shareable enrolment link

Some teams prefer to hand a link to a family. From Participants → Add participant → Enrolment link, copy the link and share it however suits you (email, SMS, paper).

What the participant sees

  • A short welcome screen explaining who invited them.
  • A choice to sign in with email or Google.
  • A simplified home screen with their daily check-in, calendar and messages.

You'll see them appear in your participant list as soon as they sign in for the first time.
